After watching the video, I feel compelled to step back and vomit. The idea that Fox so regularly compares itself to viable news sources and that the average American is continually under the impression that Fox News has no hidden agenda is nothing short of depressing.

Hopefully, education will continue to rise the in middle class American family and the truth will be revealed. Fox News is nothing more than a conservative blog content with nothing short of failing the democrat-controlled government. No emphasis is placed on bettering America, just emphasis on destroying liberal beliefs. When will people realize that we need to work together, find the middle ground between conservatism and liberalism, to conquer the United States' problems?

Max, I'm not in favor of the Patriot Act because it gives too much leeway for the police.
If one REALLY wants to eliminate drug dealers, legalize drugs! Why doesn't anyone get that making alcohol sales illegal didn't work? Legalizing alcohol cleaned up the black market; so too will the same happen if we legalize other drugs. No need for a Patriot Act..

Wow! This guy sure doesn't pull any punches! As a dyed in the wool liberal Democrat I, of course, agree with him. But I thought I was out there in the wilderness pretty much alone. Not so, I learn! I strongly believe the fear-mongering, absence of civility, me-first atmosphere so prevalent right now is extremely dangerous and it's going to take active effort by all thinking people to keep it in check. It doesn't do any good to talk reason to them, their vocabularies are too small. (A little ad hominem there - sorry.) Obviously, it'll take cooler heads than mine. DT

Sorry, I really don't understand what Limbaugh was saying. I believe this guy is deliberately trying to incite antagonism from BOTH sides! It would be funny, if it weren't so serious. As far as he's concerned, I believe he's a sick, sick man. As for those who BELIEVE him, well, I'm not allowed to print stuff like that. DT

I did, indeed, like that edition (see my reply to Colleen's comment). My only objection to it is that abnoxious "raspberry" sound. A nice, dry Brooklyn raspberry would be much better! d

Colleen, I don't believe Max was saying those who disagree are racists (remember VP Cheney calling everyone who disagreed with him "traitors"? Surely you didn't agree with that, either.) He's referring to those who hide their own latent (and not so latent) racism behind any topical disagreement they can come across. Unfortunately, I suspect there are more than a few out there who do, indeed, resent the fact that there is a black man heading the country. The US has, historically and statistically, been the last major country to accept blacks as equals. DT

That's an easy way to rationalize the strong reaction of intelligent, fiscally conservative Americans, Max - Obama's pathetic economic policies and socialistic philosophy are fine but people who don't agree with him are racist - sorry, not buying it

How does one put a curb on this sort of thing? There's freedom on speech, but it does not include yelling "FIRE" in a crowded theatre, and that's exactly what he's doing. As far as being a " . . . man of God . . ." is concerned, you've got to be kidding.

Thank goodness for free speech but I think speeches like this are equal to screaming"fire" in a theatre. That is against the law...people like this should be avoided at all costs!
Thanks again
