U.S. Patriot Act Used to Hunt Drug Dealers

Not surprising, is it, that under the Bush Administration the FBI would use provisions of the U.S. Patriot Act to hunt down drug dealers and other possible lawbreakers?  Have they overstepped their bounds and are measures being taken to limit law enforcement's ability to spy on all Americans?  Judiciary hearings are being held now on renewing the act, the story is here.....

    If one REALLY wants to eliminate drug dealers, legalize drugs! Why doesn't anyone get that making alcohol sales illegal didn't work? Legalizing alcohol cleaned up the black market; so too will the same happen if we legalize other drugs. No need for a Patriot Act..
